    An application for copyright shall be filed with the Directorate of Copyright.

    a. 50 years, for a legal body, as from the first publication.

 

    b. the life time and 50 years, for the author. If more than one authors, the copyright shall be valid  for  the  life

        time of the longest surviving author and 50 years thereafter.
