T R A D E M A R K
Trademark is a sign distinguishing from others that is used on
goods/services in commercial activities. The sign can be in the form
of a picture, name, word, letters, numerals, composition of colors
or combination of said elements. In
Indonesia, trademark has been regulated by several Acts
i.e.:
-
Act No. 15 Year of 2001
regarding Marks;
-
Act No. 7 Year of 1994
regarding Endorsement of Agreement Establishing The World Trade
Organization.
Trademark is
administered by Directorate of Trademark - Directorate General of
Intellectual Property - Department of Laws and Human Rights, Republic
of Indonesia.
